Genometric & EBUID FAQ

Genometric & EBUID – Frequently Asked Questions

Understand how your genomic and biometric identity, EBUID token, and registration levels work together in one decentralized ecosystem.

Frequently Asked Questions

Genometric is a decentralized digital identity system that combines genomic, biometric, and traditional identity data into a user-controlled personal vault. Your data is encrypted, stored in a privacy-first architecture, and anchored to a blockchain ledger for auditable access history.

Your bio-data is kept off-chain inside encrypted personal vaults. Only hashed commitments and access logs are written on-chain. Cryptography, zero-trust principles, and a self-custody model ensure that no third party can access your data without your explicit consent.

EBUID, also referenced as EBU, is a Data-Enhanced Utility Token used inside the EBIS / Genometric ecosystem. It powers identity services such as digital ID issuance, biometric and genomic verification, KYC/KYB, document signing, and secure data-vault features. Its demand is linked to verified identity events, not to the sale of personal data.

EBUID is required to pay for and access identity services: creating or upgrading your Genometric ID level, performing KYC/KYB checks, binding documents and credentials to your identity, unlocking premium vault storage, enabling multi-signature recovery, and participating in ecosystem governance when enabled.

EBUID has a fixed total supply of 10,000,000,000 tokens at contract creation. New tokens are not freely minted after deployment. Instead, the platform uses staking and burn mechanisms: part of the service fees and upgrade operations can be burned, and some identity events or rewards may come from pre-allocated pools. This keeps supply capped while linking utility to real identity usage.

1) Create an account on the EBIS / Genometric portal.
2) Verify your email and mobile number.
3) Choose an identity level (from Standard Web2 ID up to Genometric and Human Ledger levels).
4) Submit the required documents, biometrics, and, where applicable, genomic data.
5) After verification, your personal identity ledger and vault are activated and you can start using services and earning EBUID rewards linked to your verified identity depth.

The platform supports multiple tiers, for example: Standard Web2 ID, Level 1 password-less Web2 ID, Level 2 biometric VIC ID, Level 3 Web3 hybrid ID, Level 4 Web3 + Genometric ID (genomic + biometric), and Level 5 Human Ledger lifetime plan with extended vault capacity. Each level adds more verified attributes and unlocks additional services and EBUID rewards.

You can receive EBUID as a reward when you verify and upgrade your identity levels, when you use eligible services in the ecosystem, or when institutions allocate EBUID for identity-related operations. In future exchange listings, you may also acquire EBUID through compliant platforms. EBUID is designed as a utility token for identity services, not as a security or investment product.

You control your vault. Genometric and EBIS infrastructure provide the tools to store, encrypt, and prove your identity, but you remain the owner of your data. Access is governed by your consent and recorded on a tamper-resistant ledger so you can always see who accessed what and when.

The architecture is designed to keep personal data off-chain and under user control, with only hashed commitments and access proofs recorded on-chain. The EBUID token is structured as a utility token and the identity stack is aligned with GDPR-style data protection principles and financial compliance frameworks using zero-knowledge verification for KYC/KYB where available.
