Genometric App Terms of Use

1. Purpose

The Genometric App provides decentralized identity, authentication, and credentialing functionalities that may utilize EBUID as an identity utility token.

2. User Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide accurate information where required
• Secure your devices, wallets, and credentials
• Use the App only for lawful purposes

3. Identity Data Handling

Raw biometric or genomic data is not stored on public blockchains. Identity-related parameters are handled via encrypted and user-controlled mechanisms, consistent with our privacy principles.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfering with or disrupting services
• Using the App for fraud or illegal activities

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. Maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may affect availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses arising from wallet compromise, user misconfiguration, third-party services, or underlying network failures.
